Sunshine Village filed their statements of defence in relation to the controversial firings of four senior employees back in January, 2011. Statement of Defence of the Defendant Thomas Taylor Scurfield Statement of Defence of the Defendant Sunshine Village Corporation Judging by these statements, it appears this will be a long and drawn out battle.
